NC Gold Festival

The 21st Annual NC Gold Festival on June 6 & 7 was so much fun! We had over 60 vendors, multiple food trucks, an excellent variety of live music, the 1st Annual Coin + Currency Show, the 1st Annual NC Gold Car Show, and more! We are so excited to see what's coming next year!

If you are interested in being a vendor at the 22nd Annual NC Gold Festival in 2026, we will open vendor applications in Fall 2025.

Vendor Categories

The NC Gold Foundation hosts a variety of vendors for our annual NC Gold Festival. We encourage any (family friendly) category to apply, even if you do not see your category on this list.

  • Gold mining demonstrations

  • Gold mining equipment dealers

  • Gem screening demonstrations

  • Gem screening equipment dealers

  • Food vendors- trucks or booths

  • Clothing- t-shirts, on demand print, sublimation, etc.

  • Jewelry: necklaces, rings, earrings, etc.

  • Accessories: wallets, watches, belts, etc.

  • Home goods: candles, decor, aprons, pot holders, etc.

  • Direct Sales | MLM: once we accept a vendor, no other vendors from that same company will be accepted

  • Nonprofits: American Legion, GPAA, Churches, Youth Groups, etc. 

Vendor Logistics

We only accept a set number of vendors each coming year. 

The vendor fee is $60 per 12 x 12 booth space. Nonprofits are not charged a vendor fee, but must have appropriate documentation.

Vendor fees are due within 1 month of acceptance. Vendors that have not paid by May 1, 2026 may not have a booth at the festival. 

The venue has limited camp sites for the festival. Reservations can be made through The Lucky Strike's website: https://www.luckystrikecampground.com The NC Gold Foundation can not take reservations. Camping will not be allowed on the venue site. The camping area is just a short walk away.
